Epic Campus
Epic creates software for mid-size and large medical groups. Epic has been in different phases of constructing an 800 acre campus on the west side of Verona, Wisconsin since 2001. D’Onofrio, Kottke & Associates has been involved with all aspects of the site engineering and land surveying since the beginning of the Epic Campus project.
Discovery Springs
Discovery Springs is a multi-use commercial development located in the City of Middleton, Wisconsin. The project is home to many commercial uses including Costco, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Gilda’s Club, Fiskars and many other nationally known restaurants and commercial office space. D’Onofrio, Kottke & Associates has been involved in all aspects of civil engineering and land surveying from the planning and design of public improvements to many of the individual sites.
Heritage Hills
Heritage Hills which is located in the Village of Waunakee, Wisconsin. It is a diverse residential neighborhood where many housing types are accommodated within this neighborhood. The site was first started in 2019 and will be ongoing for several years. D'Onofrio, Kottke & Associates is providing land surveying and civil engineering services for both public and private improvements throughout the neighborhood.
Grandview Commons
Grandview Commons is a neighborhood located on the east side of the City of Madison, Wisconsin developed with the principles of traditional neighborhood design. The site is home to many types of uses including single family homes, twin homes, multi-family housing, condominiums, senior housing and commercial development. This site has been under continuous development since 2001 and D'Onofrio, Kottke & Associates has been involved in every step of the way with the site engineering and land surveying necessary for the public and private improvements.
The 85
The 85 is a multi-family development off of Maple Grove Road in the City of Madison, Wisconsin. This neighborhood features multiple types of residential development within the project including a club house and pool. D'Onofrio, Kottke & Associates has provided civil engineering and land surveying services for both private improvements on site along with public infrastructure required for the neighborhood.
Blackhawk Church
Blackhawk Church is a multi use commercial development featuring the Blackhawk Church located off of Mineral Point Road in the City of Madison, Wisconsin. This General Development Plan features the Blackhawk Church along with other commercial properties including Baer Insurance. D’Onofrio, Kottke & Associates has provided civil engineering and land surveying services throughout this project for both public and private improvements serving Blackhawk Church and Baer Insurance.
